7. Taxes and other applicable fees will be added to the total cost.

8. Any special discounts or promotional rates must be applied at the time of booking.

9. Guests must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.

10. False, misleading, or incomplete information may result in cancellation without refund.

Check-in and Stay Regulations

11. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM.

12. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

13. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

14. Only registered guests are permitted to stay on the premises.

15. The guest shall not sublet, lease, or transfer any booking to another person.

16. Visitors are allowed only with prior permission from the management.

17. Any damage or loss to the property must be reported immediately.

Liability and Conduct

Payments and Fees

33. Accepted payment modes include online transfer, UPI, or credit/debit cards.

34. All transactions are subject to bank and gateway charges.

35. The Property is not responsible for transaction delays or failures.

36. Any outstanding balance must be cleared before check-out.

38. All service requests outside the booked package are chargeable.

39. Invoices will be provided upon request.

40. All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees).

Other Legal Clauses

41. Guests agree not to misuse the Website or publish defamatory content.

42. Unauthorized use of images, logos, or content from the Website is prohibited.

43. The Property’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

44. Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns) release both parties from liability.

45. Disputes shall be governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of West Bengal courts.
