General Conditions

  1. All bookings made through MountainMagic.in or third-party portals are subject to this policy.

  2. A confirmed booking constitutes acceptance of this Cancellation Policy.

  3. Bookings once confirmed cannot be canceled without applicable charges.

  4. No Refund Policy: All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

  5. Requests for date changes may be considered subject to availability.

  6. Any modification request must be made in writing or via official email.

  7. Management reserves full discretion to approve or deny modification requests.

  8. No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in.

  9. No refunds for same-day cancellations.

  10. In case of no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.

Special Circumstances

  1. Refunds are not applicable in cases of personal emergencies.

  2. Natural disasters or travel restrictions are considered force majeure — refunds do not apply.

  3. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

  4. Partial cancellations are not permitted once check-in is completed.

  5. Early check-out does not qualify for a refund.

  6. Extension of stay will be treated as a new booking.

  7. Room allocation is subject to availability and management decision.

  8. Payment adjustments cannot be made for unused services.

  9. Unclaimed reservations will be released after 24 hours without refund.

  10. Cancellation requests will only be valid once acknowledged by management.

Processing

  1. Refunds, if exceptionally approved, will be processed within 14 working days.

  2. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

  3. Bank or gateway charges will be deducted from any refund.

  4. Refund approvals are final and non-negotiable.

  5. Guests will receive written confirmation of any approved refund.

Responsibility

  1. The Property is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations by transport providers.

  2. Guests are responsible for ensuring correct booking details.

  3. Incorrect or incomplete information will void eligibility for any adjustments.

  4. Cancellations must include booking ID and registered contact details.

  5. The management decision will be final in all disputes.

Other Terms

  1. Force majeure conditions do not obligate refunds.

  2. Booking made through third-party platforms follow their policies but are also subject to ours.

  3. Promotional bookings are strictly non-refundable.

  4. Group bookings may have different cancellation clauses.

  5. Seasonal bookings (e.g., during Durga Puja or holidays) are non-cancelable.

  6. Booking reassignments are not permitted without written consent.

  7. All communications must be directed to official channels only.

  8. The Property will not honor cancellation requests via social media or calls alone.

  9. Refund disputes, if any, shall be settled under West Bengal jurisdiction.

  10. Guests acknowledge that by making a booking, they have read and accepted these terms.
